I'm a senior plant science major with empahsis in breeding/biotechnology and crop management. I come from a family farm background raising corn and soybeans. I have currently just accepted a role with Pioneer as an Agronomist in their Emerging Leaders Program. I will be at a Soybean Production Facility in Minnesota following graduation.

Work History
Operate the tractor/combine during harvest and tractor/planter during the spring, work ground in the fall and spring, PTO brush mow, spray for various weeds, and maintain the equipment.
Responsibile for storage and file management within the College of Agriculture, Food, and Natural Resources.
Greet and assist visitors to see the Vice Chacellor and Dean of CAFNR.
Manage schedule of Dean's Office property...(3 rental vehicles, projects, conference rooms,...etc.)
Other officer type jobs.
Manage installation of approx. 24 weather stations at each specific regulated corn test plots.
Visually evaluate each test plot and using tools to identify crop stress and growing conditions.
Communicate utilized technologies (NDVI, IR thermometer, etc…) to other employees
Plan, organize, and present motivational workshops and speeches around the State of Missouri.
Represent 24,000+ youth in the Missouri FFA at professional conferences and conventions.
